REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES: Update – ADDENDUM NO. 3 This addendum is issued to extend the award of contract for Bank Depository Services to 2:00 p.m. on June 18, 2025.

RFQ – 2025-002 — The Dripping Springs Community Library District (the “Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) for selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk firm (“Construction Manager”) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the New Dripping Springs Community Library (the “Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications.

The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain the services of a public accounting firm, whose principal officers are independent Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), who are licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to perform a financial and compliance audit. The contract issued will be for a three-year contract with options for additional two-year periods.
