This is a hybrid program, brought to you both in person* and via zoom
There is limited access for in person participation. Only 6 participants will be admitted on a weekly first come (to register) first serve basis. If you are interested in the zoom program only, which will run at the same time and date, you must register for that option separately to receive a link.
In this exercise class for adults, participants enjoy 100% gentle stretching and yoga-based poses, all from the comfort of a chair. Besides receiving the cardiovascular, conditioning, strength and flexibility benefits, students are led through a variety of self-care concepts and techniques.
All are invited to play, laugh and sing as we experience the physical, social, emotional, and mental benefits of this Mind, Body, Soul Series.
Your instructor, Carla Daws, has been enthusiastically teaching exercise and yoga for more than 7 years in the Texas Hill Country.
