Wildland Urban Interface Coordinator from the Texas A&M Forest Service, Walter Flocke will give a presentation in person at the library on the subject of wildfire prevention such as risk of loss during wildfire, fire resistant landscaping, and building more fire resilient communities.
Walter Flocke is a Hays County native and studied wildlife management at Sul Ross State University. He is currently the the Wildland Urban Interface Coordinator from the Texas A&M Forest Service Austin Office.
