Since this is a first come, first serve, 1 on 1 schedule, you should come a few minutes earlier and sign in at the front desk. You will be assigned the first available 30 minute slot during 1- 3 pm to meet with a Senior Tech Pal volunteer. You will be guaranteed time if you have registered.

Senior Tech Pal is a group of volunteers from different tech companies, and they are here to offer their free services for you!
The annoying little technology issues can often be solved by some simple changes to the settings on your devices (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop …. ). Reserve your spot in 1 on 1 Tech Troubleshooting session and bring your devices that need troubleshooting with you. You can also use the session to learn about features on your devices.
*These sessions last for approximately a half an hour per person. Once you have secured your registration, you will come in on the date, sign in at the front desk, and will be admitted on a first come first serve basis within the 2 hour period to meet with a Senior Tech Pal volunteer. You will be guaranteed time if you have registered.
