All Abilities Chair Exercise: Mind, Body, Soul Series

chair exercise 10 15.jpgPromptly at 9 AM every Monday morning, adults are invited to exercise in their chairs.  The class ends at 10 AM with an invitation to go about your week with renewed vigor.  Carla Daws is the group instructor and she is excited to meet you!

Mind, Body, Soul Instructor Carla Daws has been enthusiastically teaching exercise and yoga for more than 7 years in the Texas Hill Country.  She earned her yoga teaching certification from the Living Yoga Program.   When Carla is not leading Hatha, gentle, and family yoga classes, you can find her acting in stage and film productions. Carla leads the All Abilities Chair Exercise–Mind, Body, Soul series classes for the Dancing Tree.

Her favorite saying is, “Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.” -Unknown.

Please note:  Group size is limited to the first twenty registrants.  In order to best accommodate everyone, please let the library staff know you will be there.
